Preston Montague – Designing Bird Friendly Habit

Preston explores design considerations for developing bird-friendly habitats as he practices it in his landscape architecture studio. Participants will learn design fundamentals drawing from tenets of landscape ecology, the Sustainable Sites Initiative and resources from the National Audubon Society.

Preston Montague – Managing a Bird Friendly Habitat

Building off of the design presentation, Preston will dive into the management considerations for the built landscapes that improve resources for birds.
